What Happens if I Cannot Create my Sign With Your Tool?
We offer all users a custom tool for customers who want their LED neon signs to be very unique. If you fit into this category, where you would like a sign with a custom design, please contact us with your artwork. We have almost any font, style, and shape to turn your design idea into a lit masterpiece.
Is There a Free Design Service Available?
Yes, there is a FREE custom design service and tool available to all customers. We offer one or more designs for you to approve without any additional charges. Before going into production, you can make changes or cancel the design for a full or partial refund. However, once the sign goes into production, there are no refunds available. If you do not select any proof to be sent to you, the sign will automatically go into production.

Are Your LED Lights Plug-in or Battery Operated?
Most of our neon artwork needs to be plugged into a power socket. However, for small designs and lamps, we offer battery packs. You are welcome to contact us and determine if your design is suitable for batteries. We do provide transparent cords on both the sign and AC adapters, so you will not notice them when mounted. Finally, we offer a free remote and dimmer with every order at checkout.
How Do I Hang or Mount my Sign?
Our signs weigh between 6 to 11 pounds and come with pre-drilled holes, making mounting simple. They are also easy to transport due to their lightweight. We offer kits to assist with the hanging. However, there are simple hardware tools you can use as well.

Are Free-Standing Signs Available?
Yes, we offer neon signs with a clear, acrylic box or a stand-style base instead of mounting on the wall.
What Backboard Options are Available?
We mount custom signs on an acrylic backboard based on the design you have selected. However, if you have a preference, we will consider that whenever possible. Our two most common options are cut to shape and rectangle cut. The cut to shape is often seen with cursive fonts, and basic fonts generally come with the rectangular backboard. We also use clear as our standard color, but we also offer black, white, gold, and metallic silver. If you are looking for a multi-color background, ask us about our UV printed background options.
Do I Need a Remote or Dimmer?
While not mandatory, all our signs automatically come with a remote and dimmer at checkout. These remotes allow you to adjust the brightness, offer a party mode (flashing lights), and turn the light on and off.
Why Do I See Small Marks on the Sign?
All of our LED lights are handmade, and the minor marks are glue holding the PVC tubing to the acrylic backboard. Once the light is turned on, it should not be visible.
Can I Use My Sign Outside?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use only, as they are not watertight. However, if you can protect them from any exposure to moisture, you can use them anywhere. We also offer custom signs available for outdoor use, but you will need to let us know before production.
Can I Have a Partial Neon Sign?
Our company offers signs that are both UV and LED neon printed. We can create a custom sign that uses both styles for a look you desire.

How Do I Use my Lamp?
When you purchase our 3D lamps, we offer a video to show how to use them. There are buttons to power on and off, as well as switching between colors. You will need to either connect the lamp to a power source or use AA batteries (not included). It is strongly recommended that you remove any batteries in the light before plugging them in, or it may not work correctly.
Do the 3D Lamps Consume High Voltage?

How Do You Create Your LED Signs?
All our signs are handmade, using LED PVC tubing, and placed on acrylic backboards. There is no glass in our products that will break and no mercury or neon gas.
Where are the Signs Made?
We have locations across the globe that handcraft these signs, including Los Angeles, Australia, and China. We select the location of creation based on your site and the specifications of the sign you desire.
What are the Signs Attached to?
We attach all of our signs to an acrylic backboard unless you request a different material. Our backboards are available in clear, metallic, UV printed (images available), or solid color. The shape is generally cut to shape or rectangular unless you request something specific. We are open to customization, so please let us know what you want before production.

Custom Design by Us – Payment for all custom work we design is required before production. Once you have approved the design, we will send an invoice via email. You may pay via credit card or PayPal.
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
Shipping varies based on the destination location. For those in the United States, we have a flat charge of $29 added upon checkout. All other countries are calculated at the checkout. Please note that standard orders will take three to five weeks. We do offer “rush” orders, which ship to the United States addresses in two to three weeks from the sale date. There are additional costs added upon checkout. Please let us know the date you want the sign to arrive.
All of our signs are handmade, and the production to shipment date reflects that timeframe. Customs in each country could cause a delay in the shipment process.
Why is the Turnaround 3-5 weeks for Standard Orders?
We take great pride in our work. Therefore, even though signs are standard designs, we hand-make to order. We expect orders to arrive around three to four weeks, depending on customs. However, sometimes it can take up to five weeks to ensure perfection with each piece. We try to factor in standard holding times at customs, but it can delay it when demand is high. Currently, we only offer rush shipping on United States orders. If we cannot get your order to you by three weeks, we will refund you the difference between rush and standard shipping.

What are the Shipping Rates on Lamps?
We offer the lowest shipping costs on the market for our 3D lamps. You can expect to incur minimal charges with shipping internationally, and we offer discounts on multiple product orders.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
For lamps that are ready to ship, you can expect them to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We offer rush shipping in the United States, and they will arrive within five business days. Please talk to us about shipping times for custom-made products.

Warranties & Returns
Do You Have a Return Policy?
We only offer returns and refunds on faulty products. We will make every effort to resolve any issue you may have and attempt to fix the product. If the product is defective, we will review the situation in a case-by-case manner and decide whether a replacement, partial refund, or full refund is the best option. However, each decision is at the sole discretion of our company management.
What Are Your Return Procedures?
As mentioned above, we do have a return policy. The correct procedure must be followed for optimal results.
1. Please contact us immediately to let us know your order number, which products you wish to return, and why. We ask that you attach photographs of the defective sign or lamp and a short video displaying the problem. We do require both the video and the pictures so that we can properly diagnose the problem. If you are unable to provide us with either one, our abilities to assist are limited. We will reach out to you as soon as we have all the required information.
2. Please return the faulty product in the original packaging and all parts if we agree on a return. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the package.
3. If we agree on a replacement, we will immediately begin working on a new sign for you and ship it as quickly as possible. Production to shipping time will remain the same as the original product.
4. If we agree on a full or partial refund, we will let you know when to expect the refund.
Do Your Signs Come with a Warranty?
All our indoor signs come with a 24-month warranty, covering electrical components when used indoors only. Our outdoor signs come with a three-month warranty, covering electrical components when appropriately used. All resolutions for faulty signs will depend solely on the diagnostic finding and be handled in a case-by-case situation. The management department holds the right to all final decisions.
What is Your Warranty Coverage?
Our warranty only covers damages with the actual tubing, backboard, or electrical components. We hold no responsibility for any damages incurred during the installation or removal of our products. In the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a faulty operation, we require photographs and a short video to be sent to us for diagnostic purposes. We will need the sign to be returned to us in the original condition and packaging you received. This will allow us to test the product and determine if a replacement or refund is necessary. We do provide all pre-drilled holes for mounting purposes. If you hire a professional to hang your sign, we will want to see where the sign was mounted to determine if the faulty display occurred during installation.
